Frankfurt's
The most popular sausage in the world all-natural with white pepper and Mustard.
Bockwurst or Knackwurst
Similar to frankfurt's but with slightly different seasoning and a lot thicker.
Vienna or Vienna Lie
Austrian style Frankfurt's with lots of good Rose Paprika.
Kranski
Originally from the city of Kransk these beautiful crisp sausages come with soft melting cheese, chilli or plain.
Fleishwurst
This sausage normally comes in a ring used for soup or meat salad and good just by its self.
Chorizo
A Spanish sausage normally poached in wine and served with a flaming Brandy Sauce.
Debrecini
From Hungary this sausage is coarse, similar to a Frankfurt in size with a touch of Caraway and Garlic and of coarse rose Paprika.
Dutch Rook Wurst
With a texture similar to Frankfurt and filled into a natural beef casing this sausage is cooked in a hot smoke.
Polska
These sausages come in many varieties first.
Keibassia
A thick medium coarse hot smoked sausage good for soup eaten cold or hot.
Jeviechka
Very coarse with lots of black pepper, garlic and a hint of Juniper.
Polska Vensonia (Smoked Polish)
A coarse sausage with hand rubbed marjoram and black pepper.
Cabrinossi
A thinner coarse sausage with Black pepper and Caraway seed.
Chicken Kiebasser
A thick very lean sausage with lots of Garlic smoked over Hickory.
Sujuk
An all lamb Kiebassia with onion pepper lots of paprika and garlic.
