“I
have always had a love of good food and was lucky enough to become
an apprentice to a Master German butcher and learn not only the
language but also how to produce food with no artificial ingredients,
additives or preservatives. Whilst an apprentice I met my lovely
wife Lorraine whose family originates from Lubeck in northern Germany
and migrated to Australia in the 1960s”.
“All
through my career I have wanted to make the best smallgoods and
sell the highest quality meat that I can. We have a true understanding
of good food and it shows in our product. We have a lot of customers
with intolerances to a large range of artificial products commonly
found in modern food products. Our customers range from children
to cancer patients with special needs and requests.”.
